Duffy & Shanley’s intern program has produced some of the most impressive professionals in the field, including many who are on our staff right now (as well as a few traitors who left for rival shops. That’s right, Max, we’re talking to you).

We interview and select for-credit interns at the beginning of each semester and paid interns over the summer. And while we can’t pay for your parking, look on the bright side: you won’t be able to afford a car anyway.

As a full-service agency, internships can be department-specific or general, depending on your interests and our needs, with placements available in Public Relations, Advertising (account management) and Creative/Interactive. All interns are introduced at a welcome orientation (with free pizza to insure agency staff participation), where you’ll get to know everybody, get to know your way around the place and get right to work.
